Complex Villas.

No Standard Solutions

Large villas expose the limits of poorly designed systems – unstable networks, fragmented installations, and integrations that never fully function as intended.

We work in that space.

From new builds to existing properties, we design, unify, and stabilise entire smart home environments into a single coherent system.

Once it works – it stays that way. Without effort. Without attention.

New projects

Working alongside architects and designers from the earliest stages of a project. We align technology with the architectural vision – ensuring that automation becomes a natural extension of the villa rather than an added layer.

Effortless, intuitive, and invisible in daily use.

Existing villas

We are called in when systems no longer perform as expected. Working with the client and property manager, we carry out a full review of the installation – design, hardware, and programming – to understand why the system is not behaving as intended.

We resolve underlying issues, remove inconsistencies, and stabilise the entire environment, restoring it to a system that finally behaves as it should.

How we work

We work with private clients, architects, and property managers across Marbella and the Costa del Sol.

Most projects come to us after installation – when systems begin to show the same patterns:

  • inconsistent scenes;
  • unstable networks;
  • slow or unreliable automation;
  • fragmented control systems.

We don’t install systems. We make them work
