I have Control4 automation system. Could you do the maintenance for me?

Is it possible to do maintenance remotely?

Many different tasks can be solved remotely, without going to the site if the system provides remote access. This increases the speed of solving issues. Of course, there are a number of problems that cannot be solved remotely, but for our customers on a subscription, whose systems are regularly serviced, such situations happen extremely rarely.

My Sonos system is not working properly and the App freezes sometimes.

This sometimes happens, especially if you have been using Sonos products for a long time. Typically, the Internet signal comes to you from the provider and connects to a router, which has several cable outputs and the ability to distribute a WiFi signal. If you have a one-bedroom apartment, this will be enough, but if you have a spacious apartment or villa, you will need a professional WiFi signal distribution system, which includes network switches and access points.

Do I need several routers to have a good WiFi signal?

No, you only need one router because it is the gateway between your home and the global network. Switches and access points are used to distribute the signal around the house. A switch is like an extension cord to which access points are connected (devices that amplify and distribute the WiFi signal). There are also outdoor access points that can be installed outside the house. We always try to use existing pipes to pull the cable, and we hide access points either in furniture or behind the ceiling in places where architectural acoustics are installed.

Are the WiFi speakers better to wired ones?

No, WiFi acoustics have no advantages other than installation in places where there is no possibility to pull a cable. It is like instant coffee, a ready-made cocktail in a bottle, or a multi-tool will always be inferior to freshly made espresso, a cocktail in a beach bar or a special tool. WiFi acoustics are 3 in 1 – an amplifier, a signal receiver and a speaker, and wired acoustics are part of a professional system with a separate amplifier.

These speakers are installed inside the walls or ceiling, covered with plaster, and then it might be painted or some wall papers can be done. They sound good, nobody can see them, and your friends definitely will be amazed with this solution.
